Perfect communication!!

 Life is a beautiful journey and we all are sailing through it surrounded by tide & ebb.These ups and downs make us alive and zeal towards living.Mesnwhile sometimes a charming person become a part of hatred of everyone.Or two wonderful people can't carry a realionship towards a beautiful destination cause in life we all say sometimes "What is meant and not said,And what is said and not meant". Those beautiful emotions and admiration we couldn't express due to lack of communication skills and carry those words those really doesn't mean anything in an emotional influence like stress,temperaments."Sone pe suhaga"that person always carry grudges on those spoken words which really doesn't mean anything and beautiful thoughts words are remainef unspoken-unheard life long.Whole chemistry among the people is  changed on lack of communication skill.And if first person try to correct & console later on second person doesn't believe on him and give a tag of negative term-liar ,cunning,clever etc.So start educating yourself and learn communication skills in a better way.

Raay ,bhi kya gazab ki cheez h,

Lena koi nahi chahta,

Dene ko sab tyaar rahte h,

Kuch Naya ek tajurbe ne sikhaya,

Chahe kitna bhi apnapan ho,

Kabhi na jatana apne sangharsh or taqliphen,

Yeh samjhana dikaton ka kisi ko,

Ek raay bananva jayega,

Waqt to fir bhi badal jayega,



Akele me aansoon baha,

Fir sambhal jana bhetar hai,

Bas khud per yakeen or himmat rakna,

Sab badal jayega jald hi,

Raha vo na,

To kismet dum h jo yeh waqt tik payega,

Bas prayas mat chondna.

Mindset



As I got up early in the morning ,read 4 pages of book and started doing cooking as fast as I could do.Made Daughter and son ready,Dropped my daughter at school bus stop.Afterwards started walking with pram in hands and accompanied beautiful weather along with a wonderful mindset.A enchanting voice of song from my earpods complimented the aura.I had coffee after coming, listened audio books.


 I promised myself that I won't think about past and future.Walked through whole place in present mind set,analyzed do & don't, strength and weaknesses.Realized ,i have given the best in every area so now  need to give preference to my goals.No more blaming, only blessings.Will try more & more if I will fail than also i would learn something for my betterment. Wanna to learn so many new things like icing the cake more appropriately, Yes Guitar that still isn't good enough,improve communication skills ,Read an article related to this that explains "the most important skill of life is expression" if you can't express yourself in appropriate manner than possibilities of survival and liking from others may defer inspite of your effort ,dedication and your own personality, people will misunderstood you. Will stop taking stress inspite of this will take charge of my life and fulfill my wanderlust on my own,many more..wishes of Kargil diwas to all.

 Dear Woman,

          Everyone will do injustice with you because you are weak.The kind of set up is served by society to you always makes you more weaker.Here the people who should become your protector exploit you more as well explained in hindi proverb "Baadh khet ko khaye" but you have to strong enough with a kind heart who's always forgive them just because of relationships and respect them.Yes,stay silent and notify them but don't react.Stay silent.

Become your own strength, take care of yourself ,improve your skills and be fierce. Don't depend on anyone except yourself.You are your power-house.Be a beautiful soul with a silent tigress spirit.If you get everything in life than stop showing off and playing games with others.life is precious gift.Don't try to become oversmart,it doesn't take you anywhere. Be like water pure and simple.

Embrace challenges and be thankful for God given gifts.Invest in those gifts.Motherhood is a great challenging journey but prove yourself like JIJABAAI & SHAKUNTALA. You have immense strength within yourself. Without any support you can make supreme of history as Bharat and Shivaji.Just invest yourself without any expectation of results.Don't feel alone. You are enough for yourself.

 So be kind to yourself as you are with others.Stop criticizing yourself, accept mistakes and start learning new things. Take care of your mental and physical well-being.

Bad Behavior!!

 Whenever I commited something wrong and try convince myself with the name of circumstances, people or place,these lines echoes in my mind always.I stopped putting blame on others and accept the guilty.Rahim dhohas the soul of life....and triggering of my bad behavior. Where did it start and how to put control by replacing it with good behavior. 




A behavior or a habit,its impact on our life in long term or short term.It's usually hard to change a habit because the behavior has become easy and automatic. The opposite is true, too: New behaviors can be hard because your brain's basal ganglia, the “autopilot” part, hasn't taken over this behavior yet. Simplifying new behaviors helps you integrate them into your autopilot routines.


Then thought about the keypoints those can change these bad behaviors as some was mentioned in a book "The Habit".As mentioned in below points-


Identify cues.

Something has to trigger a habit, and a cue can be anything. Maybe stress makes you crave chocolate.Identifying cues helps you understand what puts your habits into motion.


1.Disrupt-

Once you know the cues, you can throw bad habits off track.


2.Replace-

Research shows that replacing a bad behavior with a good one is more effective than stopping the bad behavior alone. The new behavior “interferes” with the old habit and prevents your brain from going into autopilot. Deciding to eat fruit every time your mind thinks “cookie” substitutes a positive behavior for the negative habit.


3.Keep It simple-


4.Think long-term-

Habits often form because they satisfy short-term impulses, the way chewing on your nails might immediately calm your nerves. But short-term desires often have long-term consequences, such as nasty, splintered, chewed-up fingers. Focusing long term while trying to change some habits will help you remember why you’re investing in the effort.


5.Persist-

Research has shown that what you’ve done before is a strong indicator of what you’ll do next. This means established habits are hard to break. But if you keep at it, your new behaviors will turn into habits, too. Persistence works — at first it might be painful to get up at 5 a.m. for that jog, but soon it will be second nature.


By following above cycle trying to break hard governed habit over my brain and want to replace my bad habits into good one.

Kon h tumhara ,

Maine chod diya sab,

Khuli muthi se koi chinnega,

Kya kuch?
