"In silence, I find my peace
A refuge from life's turbulent release
No desires, no attachments bind
Freedom from wants, leaves heart and mind
In solitude, I breathe and be
Unshackled from the world's wild sea
Thoughts arise, and pass like clouds
No clinging, no aversion allowed
The mind settles, like a still lake
Reflecting truth, for all to partake
Wisdom dawns, like sunrise bright
Illuminating the path, through endless night
In solitude, I let go and see
The impermanence of all that's been
No self, no ego, no I, no mine
Emptiness, the ultimate divine
The Four Noble Truths, I recall
Suffering, origin, cessation, and path to all
The Eightfold Path, my guiding light
Leading me through life's darkest night
In solitude, I find my strength
A warrior's heart, that faces length
Of suffering's root, I take aim
And sever ignorance, the root of pain
May solitude bring wisdom's gain
And peace that passes, all earthly pain
May all beings, find this peaceful shore
And awaken, forevermore."
*Impermanence & Detachment from desires and attachments
When you return to yourself after roaming around the world.
